Zombie Cajun is a small family-owned business that still honors the old Creole tradition. Our hot sauces are slowly simmered using only the finest ingredients.

We start with a slow-aged cayenne pepper mash because it’s been known for centuries that’s how to bring out the peak flavors of peppers. To this full-flavored pepper mash, only enough vinegar and salt are added to make it pour.
